Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

This past weekend I was in Toronto, Canada for a fitness mastermind event where I had the opportunity to hang out and learn from 70 of the top fitness trainers and coaches from all over the world.

Even though I've been involved with the online bodybuilding and fitness scene for over 20 years, I'm still open to learning new ideas and getting coached by others.

I honestly believe that in order to be a good coach, you also have to be coachable yourself, and be open to never ending self improvement.

While I was in Toronto I still managed to stick to my plan of exercising daily, keeping the diet under control, and working towards my goal of getting "Fit Over 40".

Each morning at 6am I'd hit up the hotel gym. I even shot a video of one of my workouts, which should be up on YouTube within the next couple days.

But besides that, I did something I haven't done in years...

After my workout, I went into the change room, took off my shirt off, and took a selfie picture... (GASP!)

For all my fellow brothers of iron, you know that sh!t's about to get real when you take a shirtless selfie after a workout LOL :-)

Granted I'm no where near the shape that I used to be in back in my bodybuilding competition days, but it's the best I've looked in the last few years, so I'm happy with that.

My main goal now is to keep the positive momentum moving forwards as I approach 40 and beyond.

Momentum can work both ways, once you get the ball rolling, it's easy to keep it rolling in the right direction.

But once you get lazy and off track, it's easy to stay off track and get stuck in a downward spiral that could last for weeks, months, or even years!

And it can be very painful and difficult to break out of rut like that.

Friend if you feel that you're stuck in a downward spiral and would like some help, just hit reply to this e-mail and let me know.

If you're serious about getting back in shape, you can book a free 20-minute coaching call with me, and we can discuss some strategies to help you get back on the right track.

all the best,
Lee Hayward
