Subject: How your GENETICS affect muscle growth

Lee Hayward's Total Fitness Bodybuilding Tips
Hey Friend,

It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here, and I think you and I are very much alike...

We want what we want, and we want it NOW...

If there's a safe and ethical "short cut", we would be stupid not to take it...

I'm not afraid of a little hard work, and I don't think you are either,
as long as that hard work delivers the goods...

And work hard I did...

I used to to think if I trained twice as often, I could build muscle twice as fast.

It sounds logical right?

Well, my body wasn't so quick to agree with me. Those long hours in the gym caused me to break down. Soreness was insane. Recovery was not fast enough.

I couldn't figure it out...

Why can some guys recover quicker than others?

My friends at the gym always seemed "fresh" and ready to go, while I was feeling dragged out with horrible recovery times...

The answer?

GENETICS.

(There is where it gets interesting... keep reading...)

But what does "Genetics" actually mean and how does it affect muscle growth?

Well, it's actually quite simple.

Some guys recover faster than others because they can synthesize more protein.

Muscle tissue breaks down when it's placed under intense demands that it's not accustomed to (i.e. a hard workout)
, and protein needs to be synthesized to repair it.

This happens with everyone. However, the genetic advantage that some guys have is more of the machinery that is responsible for synthesizing new proteins to heal the muscle cells.

This machinery is called the
Nucleus of the cell .

More nuclei, more protein synthesis.

Now does that mean you're doomed to living with
sub-par muscle gains for the rest of your life if you have crappy genetics?

Nope.

SCIENCE CONFIRMS that the number of nuclei in muscle cells is changeable.

“Ok, so how do I get MORE nuclei, so I can
recover faster and build more muscle NOW?!”

The answer:

The CELL EXPANSION PROTOCOL™

"The Thinking Man's Bodybuilder" built the Cell Expansion Protocol™ or CEP training around this new and cutting edge research and 18-months of trial and error before finally having his protocol tested in a Division-1 University study.

So how does C.E.P. actually increase the number
of nuclei?

…….Myo-Satelite Cells.

The type of training in the C.E.P. is scientifically proven to recruit the maximum number of myo-satelite cells.

These highly specialized "muscle helper cells" attach to muscles in response to C.E.P, and donate a nuclei.

The more often you do it, the more nuclei
you will be able to recruit.

Increased number of nuclei in the working
muscle means increased recovery and therefore…. More GROWTH!

More growth than you would've otherwise
ever been able to achieve with your previous genetic limit.

C.E.P. training… CLICK HERE

Now, I know by now you're probably curious and want to know if this is the real deal, or just some hyped up training gimmick that will die off in a few months.

That's exactly why this protocol under went a full
6-week University Laboratory Study that showed an AVERAGE of 12 pounds of new muscle in 6 weeks in the 20 participants (that's 2 pounds per week)!

Now… C.E.P definitely isn't for everyone.

So the creator behind this system has put together an extensive educational video
and demonstration of exactly how C.E.P. works so you can see if this is something you can handle...
