It's your muscle building coach Lee Hayward here wishing you a Happy New Year.
It's hard to believe how fast time flys... It was literally 16 years ago (January 1999) when I started my website http://www.leehayward.com and here we are today still going strong!
And it's all due to the continued support from my online followers like yourself. Every single day I receive numerous e-mails and comments from people all over the world telling me how they have built muscle, lost fat, and improved themselves by using the training and nutrition advice that I share via my website, videos, e-mails, etc.
Whenever I receive positive feedback like this it brightens my day. It re-enforces that the time and effort I've put into this over the years has not gone to waste. That I'm actually I'm doing some good in the world by helping people better themselves.
So for that I Thank YOU... without your support I wouldn't be doing this :-)
I also wanted to give you a quick update and let you know that my e-mail server has been messed up over the past few days and I haven't been able to receive any incoming e-mail to lee@leehayward.com
So if you have e-mailed me recently and didn't get a response, that's why. I simply didn't receive your e-mail.
The tech guys at my hosting company are working on fixing it right now and should have it back up and running soon. But in the mean time if need to contact me, please send your e-mails to leehayward.com@gmail.com
