This is a total body workout focusing on strength, conditioning, and functional movements. This style of training is fun, high energy, and a great way to build lean muscle, burn fat, and improve your muscular endurance at the same time. 
 
 During this workout we did 3 rounds of the following exercises... 
  
 
 Terra Core Push Ups - 15-25 reps 
  Medicine Ball Slams - 10-15 reps 
  Low - High Cable Chop - 10-15 reps 
  Renegade Row - 8-10 reps per side 
  Ab Wheel Roll Outs - 10-15 reps 
  
Wall Ball Combo - 10-15 reps 
  Vertical Rope Pull - 50 reps 
  Mini-Band Monster Walks - 1 lap up and down 
  Standing Overhead Press - 10-12 reps 
  Battle Ropes - 100 reps 
 
 Many of these exercises I've never did before, so it was a lot of fun trying new things and training in a different atmosphere.
