This COVID-19 virus has created a lot of uncertainty, especially for those of us who are passionate about improving our health and fitness.

Gyms are closed, restaurants have been shut down, schools are closed, there's limited food options at the grocery store, and we are stuck inside checking the news to see how many more people in our local area got infected with the coronavirus since yesterday... It's just crazy!

During these times it's more important than ever to take care of your health and fitness - not just for building muscle and losing fat, but for strengthening your immune system so if you do get sick you'll be able to fight off the infection.

Even more important than that, you need to have ways to deal with the stress of the situation. And daily exercise is one of the best "Natural Anti-Depressants" there is...

It's the single best form of stress relief - that's actually good for you!

It's fun, interactive, and a great way to stay in shape while you're stuck at home.

These workouts are all done using minimal exercise equipment, mostly body weight moves along with simple things like dumbbells or resistance bands, that you can easily pick up at any department store or order off Amazon.

The great thing about doing exercise at home like this is you can go at your own pace, no one's going to judge you, you don't need to worry about looking like a fool - because you're in the comfort of your own home...

But you will be taking pro-active steps to improve your health, mindset, and physical fitness.

The best part is you'll feel so much better about yourself afterwards. A daily workout is a daily victory, it's an accomplishment that you can feel proud about doing!
