I always like to start my workouts with some shoulder mobility exercises to warm up the entire shoulder complex, increase flexibility, and help reduce risk of injury.

And this past weekend I had the privilege to train with strength and conditioning coach Eric Bach from Bach Performance and he showed me 2 "must do" exercises for the shoulders.

One is a flexibility exercise that will help increase your range of motion in the shoulders that will help when doing moves like the overhead press.

The other one is a good exercise for developing strength and stability throughout the shoulders and your entire core, abs, obliques, and lower back.

The best thing is that these 2 moves will literally only take a few minutes to perform, but they'll help set you up for a productive and injury free training session.
