Congratulations to the many athletes representing BJJ Globetrotters at the European Open in Lisbon. 

It's amazing to see how our community has grown over the years and is now starting making a serious mark at the world's biggest competition! We spotted BJJ Globetrotters patches on so many gis at the event, it was amazing.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
Ana Yagües from Germany took double gold in brown belt divisions and got promoted to black belt on the podium! Ana will be teaching at our UK camp in July :)
Robson Barbosa from Sweden, a well-known face from our camps, is usually light weight but competed in Super Heavy adult black belt and took bronze. Robson will be back at our Summer Camp in Belgium this year.
Lars Roskær from Denmark won his fifth gold medal at the Europeas at the ripe age of 58. He started training at age 52 and has now won in every belt division of Master 5 (No opponents in Master 6).
Robin Hau from Germany took gold in white belt, Master 1, Medium Heavy
Liam Corrigan from UK took gold in purple belt, Master 1, Middle weight
Eirik Løland from Norway took bronze in blue belt, Master 2, Super Heavy
Mark Little from UK took bronze in blue belt, Master 4, Super heavy
Hannah Rauch from Germany took gold in purple belt, Adult, Middle weight
Barbara Victoria from Norway was promoted to purple belt at our Summer Camp last year and took gold in adult, Medium heavy.
Aftab Khan from UK took bronze in Master 4, heavy
Henning Andersen from Denmark too gold in white belt, Master 2, Ultra Heavy
