Hi Friend,
Just a friendly reminder for adding data on new customers:
Whenever you add a new customer to your contact database (New = not in SAP before, just added in SAP to place order), please indicate this in your database by:- Entering "Y" in the "NEW Customer" Column of your database.
- Entering a note in the "How did they hear about us?" column.

When a new customer provides you with their billing and shipping address to setup on SAP, you can reply with:
Customer Email Example:

Shipping and Billing:

Your response:
Thank you for your info. We are currently setting you up on our system.
