I just wanted to let you know I will be creating an account for you on our knowledgebase "BIDA Brains".
This will become a place where prospects and customers can talk with us, and each other, in the relative private.
The posts and forums will not be visible to the general public.
Even so, I am suggesting that you just use your first name and then a number and put in to the site what you feel comfortable with. Ok?
The site will have social media type aspects of sending messages to each other. You can "friend" each other. There are posts and forums which are a little different.
The idea is that over time we will build up this site to become an authoritative knowledge base about all things BI, AI and ML.
Partners, prospects and customers alike will be able to get their questions answered here as a "one stop shop".
And this will encourage more people to buy from BIDA and our partners.
So please be expecting an email with your userid which will be your first name and "01".
You will be able to change your password at first log on to whatever you would like it to be.
And you can also easily reset your password.
There is already a lot of content linking to some very excellent Excel videos and we propose to link plenty more useful materials in to the forums.
