VIGO Photonics acquires US assets and strengthens its position in the US

VIGO Photonics has acquired the assets of the US company InfraRed Associates for USD 8.4 million, strengthening its presence in the infrared detector market. The transaction paves the way for business expansion in the US, including access to the defence sector, and represents an important step in building the Polish high-tech company’s global position. Congratulations!

The recipients of the Rezonatory 2026 scholarship have been selected

The Candela Foundation has announced the results of the 5th edition of the Rezonatory programme. The selected scholarship holders will undertake internship projects at leading research centres in Poland. The programme supports mobility, the development of young talent and the building of cooperation between scientific institutions. We congratulate the scholarship holders and wish them every success in their future endeavours!

Scanway will be testing space instruments in Poland

Scanway has signed an agreement with Łukasiewicz – Institute of Aviation to conduct environmental testing of optical instruments for the space sector. The research, carried out in national laboratories, will support the development of next-generation systems and the establishment of a standardised equipment qualification process, thereby strengthening Poland’s expertise in space technologies.
