Barbell
Clean and Press is it.
It's a GREAT exercise for developing explosive
power and athletic strength in the entire body...
one of the best, in fact, if not THE best!
If you're an athlete and/or looking to improve
your overall
power, this is an exercise you should be doing regularly.
However, proper technique is something that must be TAUGHT
as there is definitely potential for injury if you're
not doing it
correctly.
I've got an excellent guest instructional video from "Unbreakable
Badass 2.0" author Travis Stoetzel completely
dedicated to this
awesome exercise.
You
can watch the video here...Travis did a a GREAT
job of explaining
the mechanics of the movement, covering all the form points
you need to know to maximize the results you get from
it.
I learned a lot from it and actually changed some of my
own technique
based on his suggestions. Very effective stuff.
So if this is an exercise
you've always wanted to try but never had proper
instruction, this is a video you should ABSOLUTELY
watch.
