Learn about color and depth in low fire slip application. Lauren shares a variety of methods developed in her studio practice, including brushing and stenciling slips, monoprint transfer, and underglaze application.

The first day of Nick Joerling's workshop includes demonstrations of throwing and altering techniques he uses to create the expressive and whimsical work for which he's known. On day two, participants get to apply these techniques. One-on-one time with Nick gives participants the chance to grasp the potential of these techniques in their own work.
