Emily Young's narrative illustrations are influenced by fables, theology, and her own personal experiences. She uses the sgraffito technique to carve her striking illustrations into the black and white clay forms. She is currently featured as our October Mug of the Month artist, and are only a couple of mugs left! Come by the Belger Crane Yard Gallery, located at 2011 Tracy Ave., to see her work or go online.
