In conjunction with the More Than Meets the Eye exhibition, culinary artists were invited to create replicas of selected artworks. This First Friday, September 5, Mooyuei Baker, will have her “replicake” on view alongside the artwork she's recreating, Onion by Stephen Morrison. 


Join us from 6 to 8 pm to view and sample Mooyuei Baker’s “replicake!” You can also purchase delectable Thai-flavored desserts from her pop-up. Don't miss this unique opportunity to enjoy art and culinary creativity.

Glassblowing Demo with Emily Potter

at Belger Glass Annex

Catch a FREE glassblowing demonstration led by Emily Potter at the Belger Glass Annex. Be mesmerized as Potter and new glass resident artists, Michael Carson and Tyler Suter, create a work of art from hot glass before your eyes!


This is an open-house-style event, so pop in for a little while (and see what's also happening at Belger Crane Yard Studios) or stay the entire time!


Potter will give a FREE Artist Talk on Thursday, September 4, 6PM in conjunction with her upcoming class, Fire to Finish.

Shifting Perspective: Belger Arts’ Twelfth Annual Resident Exhibition
First Friday September 5, 2025 at Belger Crane Yard Gallery

Shifting Perspective explores themes of memory, culture, and narrative. The six resident artists invite viewers to reimagine the familiar, explore existing perceptions, and shift perspectives.


Resident artists Lucky Moe and Warren Van Ryzin will give artist remarks on First Friday, September 5 at 6:30 PM. Meet them and learn about their work in this exhibition.


The exhibition closes Saturday, September 6.

More than Meets the Eye

More Than Meets the Eye is an exhibition of two- and three-dimensional contemporary artworks that push the boundaries of perception.


In a world where perceptions shape beliefs, this exhibition invites viewers to carefully inspect, question, and meaningfully explore.
