Glass Fusing Date Night at the Belger Glass Annex

Join us for a Friday night of fusing fun! Bring a date, partner, or "friend for life" and make a fused glass work of art.

Class time: 6:00 - 8:00pm

Classes and Experiences

Intro to Fusing and Slumping

Learn how to transform sheet glass into dinner and bread plates. We'll cover the basics of cutting glass, prepping and loading a glass kiln, and using a slump mold. Beginners are welcome!

Wednesdays, May 7 - 28, 10am - 12pm
Wednesdays, June 11 - July 2, 10am - 12pm

Glass Classes

Glass 1: May 17 & 18 - Get an intro to basic glassblowing tools and equipment.
Glass 2: May 7 - 28 - Learn new color application techniques and how to use more advanced tools.
Coldworking (Level 1): May 25 - Learn to use fundamental coldshop tools, including the belt sander, flat lap, diamond saw, and lathe.

This Netflix “Blown Away” superstar is a Windgate-Lamar Fellowship recipient, and the Belger Glass Annex’s 2025 Visiting Artist. Join us for an exciting week of of programs!
