The word NAMASTE that we say to each other at the end of every Yoga class means "I see and honour the light in you".

At the time of Summer Solstice Dec 21st, the longest day, we celebrate the light and all that it represents within us and around us.

Join me next Thurs Dec 21st for a special celebratory yoga class for Summer Solstice, Christmas and end of the year - AND what a year it has been for many!

I do hope you can join me and stay on for lunch - I think the Art Centre Cafe will be closed next week, but we will head to either Annie Lane or the new Ikigai depending on numbers and availability.

PLEASE NOTE CHRISTMAS BREAK

As I am heading O/S to India for a month there will be an extended class break this season from Dec 22 to Feb 5.
TUES FEB 6 will be the first class back for 2024.
