We're back again today so I look forward to seeing our Thurs tribe and the cafe is open too for a get together after.

There are over 25 classes ranging from yin to dynamic, suiting warm weather to cool weather, dark moon and full moon related and more, accessible at any time.
PLUS I'll be adding new content every now and then to keep it fresh.

Also I've ironed out the glitches for anyone who had trouble re-joining after our online yoga class subscription finished!
