WALLS AND FLOORS AT OUR NEW WAX FOUNDATION FACTORY

We've got the walls up and the floors down!

We take your beeswax that's been cleaned and filter it one more time at our wax foundation rolling factory, before it gets processed for rolling, printing and cutting to size. It's then stacked before packing into boxes and you come collect it or we ship it back to you from Bee Ware in Centurion!

Follow the build, as we bring this important beekeeping service back into production under the Bee Ware brand.

Were you previously one of Kobus’s wax-foundation customers?

We would love to hear from you in the comments.

Wax foundation rolling service works like this:

You have beeswax - from cappings to old brood.

Clean it using a solar wax melter or by boiling it.

Ship it to us or drop it off in Centurion at Bee Ware's Warehouse Shop.

The Wax Foundation Rolling Process:

Send in your clean beeswax
We weigh it then melt it - it remains YOUR BATCH
We make your wax foundation sheets using your beeswax
There is usually some waste during the process {roughly 2-4%}
We pack and ship your wax sheets back to you. Or, you can collect them in Centurion.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN BEESWAX TO SEND IN FOR PROCESSING YET

"WE’RE NOT STARTING FROM SCRATCH.
WE’RE BUILDING A NEW HOME FOR AN ESTABLISHED LEGACY."

WE WILL BE READY FOR WAX FOUNDATION ROLLING AS SOON AS THE FACTORY IS READY!

Bee Ware will continue producing the Wax Foundation Sheets to the same established specifications and using the same proven wax-processing methods developed under Venter Suiwer Heuning.

Customers can expect continuity in the finished product and production process, now supported by Bee Ware’s retail and distribution operation.
