I want to talk to you about the article that I wrote for Anthology of Sorcery 3: Book of Spells. The article is entitled, Belial's Rage: Awakening the Underworld Against Tyrannical Law Enforcement.

The idea that I had for this particular anthology was to assemble a literal book of spells. Every article in here, while it may have theory and philosophy embedded into it, is a spell—a practical ritual you can use for real results in your life. I wanted to have some of the most powerful spells from some of the most powerful magicians across the world. The spell that I give in Anthology 3 is one that I've recently used and it was extraordinarily powerful.
Now to preface this, I've got to take you back a couple years. About three years ago I was arrested and charged with multiple counts of drug possession and possession of firearms. I tell the full story in this article of what exactly happened and how I dealt with it, how I used magick, specifically calling upon Belial to free me from any legal consequences.
I could use this as an opportunity to discuss the proper role of government or the immoral overreach of the War on Drugs. I could also discuss the proper and responsible use of control substances for medicinal, spiritual, or even recreational value. But none of these are as important as the core concept of freedom and freedom's not something that's given to you by a government. Freedom is not what the government allows you to do. Freedom must be grabbed and held and defended with everything that you've got. I address the topic of magick and freedom, and deal with the question of my guilt.

Within a week, the Internet had gone wild with the story, our mug- shots popping up in every search of my name. Predictions were offered up by every troll and discontented occultist about how much time I would spend in prison. By the facts, I was indeed facing severe penalties if convicted, and I was worried about what could happen if I were convicted.
If.
I drove up to the mountains, to the forest, where I could clear my head and gain some perspective on my situation. There, next to a creek, I filmed a public statement about my arrest, and it was there that I made a resolution to fight the tyrant giant, and I promised that I would win.
And, two years later, I have won.
I have not spent a night in jail, nor will I.
All felony charges have been dismissed.
All three of my firearms have been returned to me.
My freedom has been retained and secured, and this coming summer I will again find myself in the depths of the desert, nearly naked in the sun speaking with spirits in the ways that I have done before, in the ways that my ancestors have done, and in the ways that generations will continue to do, with plant Allies and Teachers, some of which cause the giant great concern, as opened minds and opened eyes do not lend themselves to easily taken captives.
I fought the giant, and I won, and I did so through Sorcery, through a particular spell that was revealed to me by Belial, who despises false masters and seeks to liberate the enslaved.
Now, I reveal this spell to you, that when the gunmen come for you, that when the magistrates declare your private and peaceful lives to be illegal, that you will be able to fight, and that you too will win!

It really shouldn't be surprising to anyone that I don't have any respect for the law.
It really shouldn't be surprising to anyone that I would break the law, nor should it be surprising that if I get caught, that I would call upon all of the powers of the underworld to come to my aid. This is exactly what I've done and the result is freedom. This isn't the fist time Belial has helped me in these situations. Hopefully it'll be the last. But when I performed this spell and called not only on Belial, but upon armies pouring out from the underworld—everything—everything with my court case changed. The outcome surprised me. It surprised my girlfriend. It even surprised my attorney. All felony charges dismissed, firearms returned to me, no intervention in my life. While there were those who had hoped and prayed that I would end up in prison and go away, I can tell you that's not happening.
