| Last Week at our local Hospitality Association Monthly Luncheon, I had the opportunity to hear first hand from Cynthia Hart, who is the mastermind behind Cyn Shea's Cafe and Catering. She has converted her restaurant into the first Non Profit establishment in the state of Alabama for the sole purpose of educating and serving the under served in our Huntsville / Madison County Community to help train them and prepare them for a career in the Hospitality Industry. Her new Non Profit is titled Serving Hope and they are hosting their first fundraiser Friday night at the Jackson Center. It's called the Chocolate Challenge! Come out and enjoy a great evening of fun, eating loads of chocolate and watching some very talented local dessert Chef's compete all while raising money for a great cause. We can prepare it for you to pickup or we can deliver it and set it up for you. We have several options and are open to new menu ideas beyond our norm.
