Management is for managing and tracking visitors within your organization. The hosting
party logs into a browser-based application to add a visitor or schedule a
visit. |

of these applications is done with Visitor Administration. This is also a
browser-based application. It is used to configure settings such as sign-in
locations and kiosks.

PREREQUSITE FOR VISITOR'S KIOSK.
The Kiosk
should have the following installed:
• Microsoft
.NET Framework 4.5
• Touch-It
Virtual Keyboard 4.5
Enable HTTP
Activation for the WCF Services on the server where web applications are
deployed. |

LENEL ONGUARD VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM LICENSE MODULE
For Lenel OnGuard visitor
management to work, it has to be activated on the OnGuard by procuring the
following license modules.
- Front
Desk for OnGuard ADV system Visitor Management – Browser based Host
registration module.
- Host
Registration module for ES, ADV, PRO and ENT systems.
- OnGuard
Visitor Management (Kiosk Software only)
NOTE: The host module must be
purchased with the Front Desk. |
