Hi Friend,

Are you seeing your monthly statements come through?


They come from our software platform, so sometimes it may land in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and mark the FROM address as safe and add it to your safe senders list.


It's important that you receive and look at your statements.


Each month, at the very beginning, you will receive your statement showing all your trade transactions from the previous month. Please make sure they are correct, and email me if you see an error. You'll have 5-7 days to do this.


Fees will then be processed the SECOND week. Once processed, I cannot refund any errors. It will have to be a correction that just goes on your account to be processed the following month.
