Harbison - Jasper Hill Farm

Harbison is a great excuse to gather a few friends on a nice summer evening and scoop into a decadent treat! Harbison is a soft-ripened cheese with a rustic, bloomy rind. It is wrapped w/a tree's bark layer, harvested from the woodlands of Jasper Hill. Harbison is woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemon, mustard, and vegetal flavors.
Pairs perfectly w/ an aged oaked white wine or sour beer. Just come on in to Barsha & we'll give you the perfect pairing :)
