Joan's Wish List enables organizations and individuals to support the Joan Marie Williams Foundation’s annual recipient as well as previous shelter and survivor program recipients. JWL provides domestic violence shelters and programs with resources not easily provisioned in reimbursed or restricted funding pools available for shelter programs. As the population of DV survivors continues to grow, so does pressure on domestic violence shelters. JWL provides program materials such as therapy and mental health treatment aids as well as essential facilities upgrades to improve safety with more cost effective digital technology.
