Guess what's back??? KALE CAESAR!!! We also have a new fall green salad w/Tunisian spiced cauliflower, dates, feta cheese, toasted almonds, radish...tossed in a lemon cumin vin!!!

Ready for THE whiskey cocktail! 

Grocery list: 
-Willet Rare Release Straight Rye Whiskey: Kentucky-aromas of leather, sweet spice, mint, wood & palate of sweet spice, evergreen, cinnamon, anise..spicy long finish. 
-Norcino Walnut Liqueur from Napa, CA Aromas of coffee bean, black walnut. Nutty, rich, buttery, with hints of coffee bean. Great for cocktails & desserts! 90pts Wine Enthusiast 
-Scrappy's grapefruit bitters 
-Amaren Fabbri cherries 

Recipe: 
2 oz. Whiskey 
2 dashes bitter 
1/2 oz liqueur & top off with cherry!  
Crazy about Orange Wine!
So let's talk about orange wine! No it's it made from oranges..."To make an orange wine, you first take white grapes, mash them up, and then put them in a large vessel. Then, you typically leave the fermenting grapes alone for four days to sometimes over a year with the skins and seeds still attached. Orange winemaking is a very natural process that uses little to no additives, sometimes not even yeast..they taste very different from regular white wines and have a sour taste and nuttiness from oxidation."
