February Wine Club!

Love is in the air! And what pairs best with love? Wine of course. Whether you’re going to celebrate this Valentine’s Day with your significant other, a prospective lover, or even just the beautiful company of the incomparable “me, myself and I,” we got the perfect wines for you! This month, Classico will delve into a lovely Sparkling rose unlike any other and a soft fragrant Lacrima. Riserva members get to enjoy a spectacular sparkling rose of nebbiolo & marvelous gsm from Santa Barbara!

Louis de Grenelle Samur Brut Sparkling Rose NV
Loire, France

Produced from 100% hand harvested Cabernet Franc. Made using the Champagne method it boasts raspberry & strawberry fruits with floral accents. A bright, crisp sparkling rose tha is equally light and fresh to taste. It has a crisp raspberry flavor with a zest of orange squeezed over it.                                                                                                                       


Lacrima di Morro d’Alba (DOC) 2015

The Lacrima grape is an ancient varietal indigenous to the Marche. The name translates to tear and is believed to have come from the fact that the berries frequently burst and thus appear to “shed tears”. While Lacrima di Morro d’Albais traditionally a light, fruity and sweet red, the Giusti wines are made in a rich and concentrated style, typical of winemaker Giancarlo Soverchia, yet very perfumed and soft.

County winegrowing. The Grenache is from John Sebastiano Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills, the Syrah from Tierra Alta in Ballard Canyon and the Mourvèdre from Curtis Vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley. The long, cool 30 day fermentation with gentle twice daily punchdowns
highlights the bright aromatics of this luscious and pleasurable blend.

Coeur Du Barry Affine

The "Coeur du Berry" is only produced in a small natural area located south of Loire river, in the hearth of France, where the climate is mild.
The "Coeur du Berry" is a specialty of the Jacquin cheese dairy, which touches the taste buds in the heart.
Cute little heart-shaped cheese, a fine choice for St. Valentine's Day or any day. This young, tangy goat's milk cheese will make a good impression.

Creminelli Finocchio

Creminelli Fine Meats was founded in 2007 by Cristiano Creminelli, Chris Bowler, and Jared Lynch. The Creminelli family has been in artisan meat and cheese for multiple generations, first as farm-steading producers and then as owners of Salumificio di Vigliano. Creminelli has won many awards for their fine salamis and meats.
Organic fennel and sea salt uncured Tuscan salami. Winner of 2012 Good Food Awards. Finnochio is made in small batches and has no artificial ingredients, nitrates or antibiotics.
