| With the most important food day of the year coming up and the stress of gathering family, the question on everyone's lips is "what's to drink?". We've prepared wines just for the occasion: a succulent dry Riesling whose buoyant acidity will keep even sea-tossed spirits afloat, a wonderful Spanish red that borrows Beaujolais' Méthode Carbonique that compliment even the plainest turkey, a single vineyard Grüner Veltliner whose delicate floral notes will pacify even the most heated (but always loving!) political arguments, and a limited production pinot whose dry, red berry tartness and subtle earthiness just call out for a forkful mashup of turkey, sweet potato, and cranberries. |
