Join us for an Italian Wine Night this Friday featuring wines from Girasole Imports! A battle between the North & South of Italy! Be prepared to pick a winner!
This month we are transporting you to the Mediterranean! As the temperature is starting to rise what better time to celebrate the Mediterraneans rich and warm history. Fun fact: “Drinking to one’s health” came from ancient Greece. The host of dinner would take the first sip to assure his guests the wine was not poisoned. Barsha wines are definitely not poison but they are crisp clean and minerally.
This month Cheese Club members will enjoy the unique delicacy that is Sage Derby Cheese-an authentical British cheese has caught the fancy of many dignitaries throughout the centuries. The cheese is infused with chlorophyll to add a wonderful touch for your St. Patties Day celebrations. Bussetto Prosciutto is quintessentially perfect for any meal or pairing.
