Launch event for Tom Atlee’s new book!

You are invited to join us for a very special occasion: the online book launch event for Tom Atlee’s new book, Co-Intelligence - The Applied Wisdom of Wholeness, Interconnectedness, and Co-Creativity

We’re so pleased to let you know Tom's book on Co-Intelligence has just been released and is already receiving a lot of positive feedback. So join us for the official book launch event, an interactive session on Wednesday March 27th — beginning at 10am Pacific/ 1pm Eastern/ 5pm UK

Tom, along with Martin Rausch, who supported the book’s creation, will tell the story of how it came to be. Tom will read excerpts & poems from the book, and there will be plenty of opportunities for group discussion and Q&A.

A new rhythm for our newsletter
and community calls

As we move into Spring in the northern hemisphere, and the days get longer and lighter we’re moving into a lighter format for these newsletters and a new rhythm for our community calls.

We’re doing this so that we have more time and energy to work on new projects that we’ve mentioned in previous newsletters and which we will let you know more about later this year.

That means our regular community calls (usually on the 4th Friday of each month) will now alternate between a Community Resonance call and the Real World Co-Intelligence (RWCI) community learning calls. So here’s a taster of what’s coming up, and dates to save!

Friday April 26th - 10am Pacific time:

Community Resonance call. These are new, bi-monthly opportunities for people who resonate with the institute’s explorations in wise democracy and co-intelligence (what intelligence looks like when wholeness, interconnectedness and co-creativity are taken seriously). If you'd love to join a space of community, support and exploration, join us to share what you are working on, a specific idea or inquiry, or simply to hang out and learn from others.

You can read about Resonant intelligence here - not one of Tom’s original five recognized manifestations of co-intelligence, but added by at least 2002.

Friday May 24th:

In our Real World Co-Intelligence calls (now also bi-monthly), we feature guests who manifest aspects of co-intelligence in their real world activities. For May we’re delighted to feature Miki Kashtan and other member(s) of the Nonviolent Global Liberation community, who will share aspects of their work and group process with us.

February’s RWCI call with Patricia Wilson

In February, we had a very inspiring call with Dr. Patricia Wilson , a professor at Cornell University and author of the award-winning book, The Heart of Community Engagement: Practitioner Stories from Across the Globe.

Patricia shared stories from her extensive experience witnessing, researching, and facilitating community engagement. Her particular take on the need to infuse engagement with an awareness that focuses on the whole community or group that she calls ensemble awareness and the importance of the inner practice of the facilitator made this a wonderful call.
