Podcast
AWL has launched a podcast and you can listen now!

On the podcast, called Flourish, women leaders share their perspective on how women, with their unique qualities, can inspire others and follow the purpose God has given us, says its creators. Plus, it is available as encouragement whether you are getting ready for work, have a moment's break or just need to be empowered through the Spirit of God.

“There is a lot of messaging out there for women to be empowered, but our definition of who we are as women and what we can do and Who gives this divine gift of being women is God,” said Natalia Lopez-Thismon, the podcast’s host and co-producer.

Lopez-Thismon is an assistant professor in the School of Journalism and Communication at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tenn. She also serves on the AWL Committee. The podcast’s co-producer, Natalie Boonstra, is a junior public relations major at Southern. The podcast is sponsored by Southern's School of Journalism and Communication.

Meditations
"The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain, to proclaim, “The LORD is upright; He is my rock, and in Him there is no unrighteousness.'" Psalm 92:12–15 NIV
