I’m at a new place in my life, ready to move my work and music out into the world in bigger ways. So you will be hearing from me more regularly. (& of course, if you’d rather not add more emails to your inbox, feel free to unsubscribe – I understand & I don’t take it personally!)
MY MISSION: To help others move out of struggle and survival consciousness and into thriving. For all of us to stop going it alone and to bring each other along as we walk our parallel paths of our greatest potential! Especially as creators!

From my own personal life experience, as well as from coaching for over 35 years, I recognize how much our habits of trauma response, survival strategies and patterns of limited thinking still have control over our lives. No matter how much we may truly desire to create something, it can be so easily sabotaged by our conditioned mind. Over time, we justify our feelings of hopelessness and cynicism… and even fortify them by seeking agreement from others … and then become tempted to give up on our deeper soul desires and bigger life dreams.
I lived that way for a very long time and it's a soul killer.That's why I am passionate about supporting others to awaken more fully to your inner creative voice, and step more fully into being an empowered conscious creator of your own self-expression, relationships, life and world. ******** WE'RE GOING FURTHER TOGETHER!
We have a small circle of people who have completed my Awakened Artist SOULtuning Course who meet twice a month (since March 2021) on zoom to share and support each other with our creative intentions. It’s incredible what we’ve been creating in just 7 months! Here are a few short examples:
