Hello Friend,

Entrepreneur Bits: The Game Plan Maestro.

The world of an Entrepreneur is filled with completing projects and meeting deadlines. Completing tasks can be an uphill battle especially when the project is a complex one. Over the course of your career, you would have to complete many difficult projects, having a game plan to help you every time can make completing projects a lot easier. It is kind of like creating a template.

Here is what you can do to easily complete projects:

• Break the project into tiny tasks. They say the best way to complete a large, complex project is to break it into small chucks. When you break it down, you can arrange each task in the order in which it would be completed. You can also assign a timeline to each task.

• Pick a task, master it, and complete it. Start with the easiest or the one you must complete first. Starting with the most difficult task can make it take longer to complete and when it takes too long, you can easily get discouraged.

• Move on to the next task. Completing a task makes you happy and boost your confidence, giving you the courage to move to the next.

• Review. After you complete all your tasks, the project is complete. Go back and review the entire process. Take note of everything, remember the parts that went well and note it, you may need to refer to it sometime in the future. But, learn from your mistakes.

MAKE YOU VOICE HEARD ON BUSINESS PLANS.

I hope you have a wonderful October and that you accomplish all you hope to accomplish. Speaking of accomplishing things, one of the things we are working on this month is creating a resource that would help businesses create a Business Plan.

Do you know that about 51% of businesses fail before they get to their 5th Anniversary? Majority of those businesses that fail did not have a Business Plan. Needless to say, writing a Business Plan especially when you launch is very important and should not be neglected.

This is where you come in, if you would like to create a Plan for your Business, you may have some questions about how to write it, what to include in your Plan and more. Also, you may have some ideas on what should be included in a Business Plan that would be of benefit to someone else who is writing their Plan. We would love to hear what you have to say, send your questions and comments to us by replying to this Email. Looking forward to hearing from you.
