Today!

Your POV Character Describes Another Character

 🎉
[Group Call #2]

 ☕️💗
Hi Friend,

Happy New Year!

We look forward to reconnecting with you today for Call #2, the second group call of the month.

Thursday, January 20, 2021 at 5:30pm PT / 6:30pm MT / 7:30pm CT / 8:30pm ET

Calls last up to 90 minutes.

Please RSVP. Thanks!

** This week: If you want feedback, especially on how to have your POV character describe another character, send your 100 to 200-words by Thursday 12pm PT / 1pm MT / 2pm CT / 3pm ET.

Our Focus:
Your POV Character Describes Another Character

In this call, we'll discuss how to use your character's point of view to describe another character.

Point of view is the lens through which you tell your story.

FOCUS
To prepare, two things for you to do:
  • Think about how your main character sees and feels about the world. Is the world a friendly place, a scary place, a supportive place, a strange place? Something else? If you're not sure, brainstorm for 5 minutes on this focus.
  • (Optional) Send Beth no more than 200 words on that includes your POV character describing another character to share with the group and study to improve.
