Subject: 💡New Coin Alert - newsXpress Bright Ideas Coins💡

Hey Friend
Thank you for the amazing support during the launch of the 'Coin Collecting Masterclass' last week. I was bowled over by the popular response, and I'm thrilled to be getting some great feedback and questions from people who signed up to the course.
If you missed out and want to join, we're planning to re-open the course again later this year. I'll let you know when it's available again.
New Coins - Bright Ideas (inventions) Set
You may have heard that there is a new set of coins being released through both newsXpress and the Royal Australian Mint tomorrow.
Here are the details from what I have been able to gather.
The coins💡
1. There are five $1 coins, each showcasing an Australian invention.
2. There is a single $2 coin that has all five of the inventions as part of its design.
3. This $2 coin is the only one going into circulation.
Alternate versions of the coins💡
1. There is a special coloured version of the 'Black box flight recorder' $1 coin.
2. There is a proof version of the $2 coin to buy.
3. There are also versions of each coin with a lightbulb privy mark.
Here are the five $1 coins that have been shared by the RAM (the $2 has not yet officially been released):

The products💡
Product 1. Coin Tube:
- Contains five $1 coins
- One in ten of the tubes has a coloured version of the 'Black Box Flight Recorder' coin
- Price: $35
- Mintage: 35,000
- Price: $65
- Mintage: 10,000
- Price: $159
- Mintage: 15,000
- I assume that the seventh coin is the coloured 'Black Box Flight Recorder' coin
There are several options to find/buy the coins:
1. Visit a participating newsXpress store
>> If you pay with cash in store, you can get the $2 coin in change.
2. Buy online from one of the newsXpress websites.
>> With the Birthday Cake promotion last year, many of these stores included the $2 with the tube, so hopefully they will do that again.
3. The Royal Australian Mint will also be selling the products (it doesn't sound like there will be a ballot for these products).
Unfortunately, there are only a handful of newsXpress stores who are selling the coins in store, so here is a page where you can see which stores will have the coins:
https://www.newsxpress.com.au/stockists/brightideas
(The link seems to work better on some browsers than others)
So, in summary, there are:
- Five $1 designs (plus the coloured version of the 'Black Box Flight Recorder' coin)
- One $2 coin which is available in change at participating stores (plus a proof version of this coin that you can buy).
- Three products with various combinations of these coins.
To find the newsXpress stores that are selling the coins, visit the link above.
Good hunting.
Cheers
Damian
