World War II coin
There is a new coin being released this week to commemorate 80 years since the end of World War II. This coin will be going into circulation.

There will be 3 versions of this coin:
1. The version going into circulation - mintage unknown
2. A C-mintmark uncirculated coin ($22.50 RRP) - 100,000 mintage
3. A Silver Proof version of the C-Mintmark coin ($90 RRP) - 10,000 mintage.

The RAM has released this image showing what the C-Mintmark versions will look like:

Dealers will also be selling rolls of the circulating coin in addition to the C-Mintmark coins (these rolls will not be available through the RAM ballot).

The RAM has started their ballot, but dealers won't have the coins available for sale until Thursday.


Brisbane Stamp & Coin Show
This weekend (8 & 9 November), we will be at the Brisbane Stamp & Coin Show.

🗓️🕰️ Event times:
10am - 4pm Saturday 8th; and
