If you're in Sydney this weekend, I have some exciting news - the ANDA money show is on in the city. In addition to the dealers and show specials, there will also be free presentations on coin collecting (and I've been asked to speak both days).



I'll be speaking about "Aussie Coin Collecting: Tips, Tricks and Treasures" - here are some of the topics:
♦️ Some potentially valuable coins and how to identify them,
♦️ Places to find new coins in circulation for your collection,
♦️ Researching the value of your coins,
♦️ How to store your coins safely, and
♦️ Setting up your collection for success.

The presentation is free to attend once you're inside the ANDA event.

Here is the timetable for all the speakers:
Saturday:

🕰️ 12pm: Matt Thompson interview with Sean Rogers (coin designer from the Perth Mint)
🕰️ 1pm: Dr Matthew Shillam (Romanorum) - Introduction to Ancient Coins

Sunday:
🕰️ 11am Dr Matthew Shillam - Introduction to Ancient Coins
🕰️ 12pm: Damian Walker - Coin Collecting Tips, Tricks & Treasures

Each talk will go for about 30mins. No booking necessary, just turn up on the day at the show.

There will be several coins released that are unique to this show.

PS If you are collecting the ANDA coins, but can't attend the show they should be available to buy on ANDA dealers' websites on Saturday morning.
