Subject: Guidance for the 10/6 Full Moon + Your Daily Astrological Forecast 💫

Dear Stargazers,

Energetically speaking, there are a few bumpy days ahead (including Monday's full moon) but it's nothing that you and your free will can't overcome. It's all below!

DAILY FORECAST

OCTOBER 6 - 12, 2025
Dates/Times are given in EDT

Monday, October 6

Although the Aries full moon doesn't occur until 11:48 PM EDT, its temperamental energy continues to build throughout the day, so if you (or those around you) are feeling a bit tense, you're probably feeling its influence.

What does this full moon mean for you? All of the details are in my full moon forecast that follows this daily forecast.

Tuesday, October 7

Today's Mercury-Pluto square warns that it's easier to provoke (or be baited into) an argument today because words are more likely to sting under its influence. On a similar note, this isn't a good day to pitch an idea or submit a proposal, because people are more likely to be critical, and the odds are high that you won't be able to convince them otherwise.

Another possibility of this influence is that someone will try to force his/her ideas or opinions on you or in extreme cases try to intimidate you.

On a positive note, the sharpness of this energy can be very helpful if you are conducting any type of research, trying to solve a problem or are engaged in self-analysis, because its penetrating energy will help you cut through complexities and get right to the heart of the matter.

Wednesday, October 8

The tense atmosphere of the past two days begins to fade as the transiting Moon enters Taurus (1:13 AM) and introduces a placid energy to calm your nerves and soothe your soul.

Not only is this likely to be a peaceful day, but today's Venus-Jupiter sextile brings in the possibility of a financial opportunity. That said, it's not something that will just fall into your lap but rather something you will need to notice and act upon.

On a different note, you may notice that you feel better about yourself and/or are more optimistic about the future. Since this influence can inspire generosity, you may decide to treat a friend to lunch, surprise a child (or a pet) with a new toy or pick up a small gift for your special someone.

Love is also favored under this influence, and if a new romance begins today, it is likely to be with a supportive partner who will bring out the best in you. If you're already in a relationship, this influence will foster feelings of affection between you that can be especially helpful if you've recently experienced a rough patch.

The only potential drawback to this influence is that its feel-good energy can promote laziness and self-indulgence, but given the mild influence of the aspect, no harm should come from it.

Thursday, October 9

This is likely to be the most productive day of the week, and it's not just because you're likely to accomplish everything on your list, but rather because of the easy manner in which you will be able to get it all done.

Whether your goals for today are professional, personal or a blend of both, the calm, steadfast influence of the transiting Taurus Moon will help keep you on track.

But that's not all. As it travels through the sign of the Bull today, the transiting Taurus Moon will experience a series of happy planetary encounters with Jupiter in Cancer, Venus in Virgo and Saturn in Pisces that will go a long way towards making this a successful and highly satisfying day.

At 8:32 PM, the moon goes void and it's time to kick back and relax.

Friday, October 10

When the transiting Moon enters Gemini at 1:13 AM, it sets the tone for a lively day that may include a last-minute schedule change, such as the cancellation of an office meeting or a sudden opportunity to meet a friend for lunch or dinner.

While the pace of the day may be faster than usual, it is not likely to be overwhelming. Instead, it will be one of those days where the time seems to fly by because you're engaged in activities that you find interesting and/or enjoyable.

Saturday, October 11

Although it may be your day off, today's Venus-Saturn opposition suggests that pleasure may be forced to take a backseat to a work or family obligation.

On a more personal level, you may find yourself questioning the long-term potential of a platonic or romantic relationship.

This influence has also been known to coincide with feelings of loneliness and/or money worries. Should that be the case, use this time as an opportunity to examine why you feel this way, determine how you want to feel in the future, and explore possible options to make it a reality.

At 10:56 PM, the transiting Moon goes void. If you're still awake, this energy is favorable for engaging in meditation or other practices that can help you unwind from the day.

Sunday, October 12

At 2:38 AM, the transiting Moon enters Cancer, which could inspire you to sleep in and enjoy a quiet day at home. Given the Crab's sentimental nature, you may decide to call an old friend or spend time with a family member. Alternatively, you may decide to spend some time nurturing yourself.

Realistically speaking, it doesn't matter what you do today, as long as it is emotionally fulfilling.

FULL MOON FORECAST

October 6, 2025 • 11:48 PM EDT • 14°08' ♈︎

Like all full moons, this one is about bringing something to light, to fruition or to an end. It can also bring something to a crisis point that forces us to take action and/or make a decision. In terms of timing, full-moon related events frequently occur during the week leading up to it or within 5 days following it.

Since this month's full moon in Aries, it is saturated with the fearless, self-sufficient, assertive and self-oriented spirit of the Ram, and given that its only major aspect being an opposition to the cooperative and partner-oriented Libra Sun, the Moon's need for independence in relationships rings loud and clear.

On the collective level, this full moon is about finding a way to balance our need for self-reliance with our desire for collaboration.

However, the full moon's quincunx to Mars in Scorpio indicates that asserting our needs at this time isn't comfortable for us, and its quincunx to Venus in Virgo suggests that our discomfort stems from the anticipated reaction (judgment, criticism) of someone who is important to us.

Although it's almost a week away from being exact, the opposition from Venus in Virgo to Saturn in Pisces, as well as the square from Mercury in Scorpio to Pluto in Aquarius (exact on Tuesday), strongly suggest that our concerns are well-founded.

Fortunately, the trine from Uranus in Gemini (inspired thinking) to Pluto in Aquarius (evolving freedom) suggests that a solution is possible, but it will probably need to be implemented in stages rather than all at once.

On the national level (USA Sibley), this full moon speaks to a potentially violent confrontation between the people and the government.

In the USA's chart, the Aries (aggression) full moon falls in the country's 4th house, which indicates the spotlight will be on its people), land, national borders, mines, livestock and agriculture.

Sitting in the 4th house, it opposes the USA's natal Saturn (rules, regulations and government agencies that enforce the law) in the 10th house (President). It also squares the nation's Sun (President) in its 8th house (crime, mortality), which is the planetary ruler of its 9th house (foreign affairs, immigration, higher courts, legislation).

Given the foregoing, since this full moon is in the 4th house, a national matter is likely to come to a head that will coincide with heated protests and/or potentially violent confrontations between the public and government authorities. Given the involvement of the 8th and 9th houses, it is likely to involve rules, laws and/or actions related to crime, immigration and/or foreign affairs.

On a different note, as I write this we are in the midst of a government shutdown, which is reflected by the Full Moon's opposition to Saturn (limitation, scarcity), which rules the nation's 2nd house (the Treasury).

Since the Full Moon and Saturn both square the Sun, it is the focal point of tension. In the USA's chart, the Sun rules the 9th house (legislation), and in order to reopen the government, Congress needs to pass legislation that approves new funding.

Since full moons can bring matters to a crisis point that force decisions, it brings the possibility (but doesn't guarantee) that new funding may be approved by next weekend.

On the individual level, if there is an area in your life where you need to be more assertive, take a bold action or be more self-reliant, you can expect this full moon to bring it to your attention. Likewise, if you have been putting other people's needs and wants ahead of your own to your detriment, it will show you that as well.

So what else might this full moon illuminate, end or bring to fruition in your life?

On a different note, since this house is also about personal values, this full moon could illuminate your priorities in life, as well as show you how you really feel about yourself.

Releasing with the Aries Full Moon

If you plan to do a full moon ritual for releasing something from your life, be sure to do it after the full moon has occurred a 11:48 PM EDT (remember to adjust for your time zone). If you do it before the full moon occurs, the moon will still be waxing (growing) and you will be trying to release something during a powerful time of attraction.

Personally, I like to wait a few days until I see the Moon start to disappear a bit.

Now, you can release anything under any full moon, but when it's in Aries, it is especially favorable for releasing:

Negative beliefs or fears related to your physical body, energy, passion, ambition, self-reliance, resourcefulness or leadership ability, as well as traits or tendencies to be impatient, impulsive, reckless, egotistical, selfish, hotheaded or a bully.

THAT'S A WRAP!
