Subject: ✨ Your Daily Astrology Forecast + Full Moon Preview ✨

Dear Stargazers,

It's good to be back in your inbox, and thank you again for your patience during my brief (but necessary) hiatus.

Looking at the week ahead, it may not be the easiest, and you can expect the energy to intensify the closer we get to the August 19 full moon.

If you attended my Astrology of 2024 event back in January, you know that I have had my eye on this full moon for a long time because of the highly charged and potentially shocking and/or panic-inducing contacts it makes to the USA's chart.

When it was brought to my attention that it occurs during the DNC (a fact I had overlooked), I predicted it would coincide with Joe Biden dropping out of the presidential race.

While I was correct back then about Biden not seeking reelection, the announcement came sooner than expected.

And that got me to thinking.

Unfortunately, I was otherwise engaged with a pressing personal matter, and with the exception of sharing my thoughts with friends, I didn't have the time to write or speak about it.

Now that life has calmed down a bit, I will do my best to get something out in the next few days about the August 19 full moon, including an astrological breakdown on why I feel it may coincide with a shocking change to the current Democratic ticket.

But for now ...

HAPPY (BELATED) BIRTHDAY, LEO!

As the 5th sign of the zodiac, you're here to teach us to pursue our passion, express our creativity, embrace te spotlight, honor our inner child and live a joy-filled life.

Wishing everyone born under the Leo Sun a brilliant solar return!

DAILY ASTROLOGY FORECAST
AUGUST 12 - 18, 2024
All dates and times are given in EDT

Monday, August 12

There is a strong emphasis on emotional security today, and depending upon your personal circumstances, you may decide to pause or withdraw from a financial plan, a pet project or a personal relationship.

Since Mercury is retrograde, be certain that you have all of the facts before making your decision. Given the potential for emotional turbulence, a clear, calm perspective is essential. Otherwise, you could make a knee jerk decision that you will regret (or at least second guess) this evening.

Tuesday, August 13

At 6:02 AM (void from 5:02 AM), the transiting Moon enters Sagittarius, which introduces a sense of optimism that quickly dispels yesterday's tense energy.

Overall, this a good day to step back, take look at the big picture and consider what actions or changes will be needed to resolve a problem or bring you closer to a goal.

Wednesday, August 14

The good news is that you can count on today's Mars-Jupiter conjunction to inspire you to action, and for some of you, that could mean making a bold move, pulling the trigger on a big project or engaging exercise, sports or some other type of physical activity.

Although this aspect is a very favorable one for launching new endeavors, you want to be certain that all of your ducks are in a row because (a) under the exuberant energy of this aspect people can forget to look before they leap, and (b) Mercury is retrograde, which brings in the potential for overlooking details.

Still and all, this is a wonderful influence that shouldn't be wasted, and if you've followed me for some time, you know that life can't always (and shouldn't always) stop when Mercury is retrograde.

Perhaps the biggest caveat is that because this aspect is occurring in Gemini, you may feel pulled to go in several directions at once.

If that's the case, you need to prioritize your options and focus on the most important one. If you don't, your efforts are likely to be scattered, you won't accomplish anything significant and the influence will be wasted.

Thursday, August 15

Although the morning hours feel lighthearted, after a brief midday void (12:53 PM- 1:53 PM) there's a distinct change in the energy as the transiting Moon enters Capricorn, the sign that believes in work before play.

And that's not a bad thing if you want or need to get things done, because you will find it easier to keep your nose to the grindstone under its influence.

On that note, If there are things you want to accomplish before the week is over, you will do well to devote as much time to it as you can today because of a strong likelihood of hitting a wall tomorrow.

Friday, August 16

Your best intentions, as well as your ambitions, are likely to come to a screeching halt as Mars and Saturn fight it out in the heavens.

Under this frustrating influence, circumstances (e.g., illness, travel delays, internet outage) or authority figures may interfere with your ability to move forward.

If you try to push through it, your efforts are likely to be wasted, so rather than stress yourself out, accept the delay and allow this influence to pass. Once it does, you will be able to make headway.

Saturday, August 17

Given yesterday's bothersome influence and today's hardworking Capricorn lunar energy, some of will spend the day making up for lost ground, while others may focus on tying up loose ends or getting a head start on next week's assignments.

Following a brief void that begins at 4:45 PM, the transiting Moon enters community-minded Aquarius at 5:46 PM.

For some of you, this influence could bring an opportunity to connect with friends (in person or via technology, while others will prefer to some alone time to relax and unwind.

Sunday, August 18

The potential for some type of disruption or unexpected news in connection to communications, transportation and/or distribution channels is high as Mercury Rx conjuncts the Sun and squares Uranus the day before a potentially explosive full moon that in and of itself suggests the same outcome.

On a personal level, your phone charger could die, your check engine light could come on, your flight could be delayed or an item that Amazon promised would be delivered that day never shows up.

And yes, despite the potential energetic volatility, I scheduled my live Q&A for my mentoring program today. Why? Because sometimes you just have to work with the energy and hope for the best!

COMING UP

That wraps up this week's newsletter, but stay tuned because there's more to come!

Until next time,

May Jupiter's blessings be your constant companion,
