HISTORIC BOOK: A History of the Birds of NSW by John William Lewin. COLLECTED, ENGRAVED, AND FAITHFULLY PAINTED AFTER NATURE

The work was first issued in the early nineteenth century and went through several editions, with plates showing Australian species in their natural settings, each accompanied by descriptive text. It is historically important in Australian publishing, with an 1813 Sydney issue recognised as the first illustrated book printed in New South Wales.

DELISH: Bringing flavours to life! Sri Lankan-style mushroom curry — rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, finished with a touch of greens and love. 🌿Gia Cafe & Bistro is also open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.
