Wines of the West returns to The Carrington Hotel, Katoomba on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August 2026, bringing together 15 wineries from the Blue Mountains and NSW Central West for a weekend dedicated to great wine, passionate winemakers and regional flavours.
