The votes are in for the Best Dining Experience in the Greater Blue Mountains 2026.

Ask Roz followers nominated an incredible 60 restaurants from across the Greater Blue Mountains, making this one of our most competitive community votes.

This wasnโ€™t simply about finding the best food, service or ambience. We wanted to know which restaurant delivers the ๐—•๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ง ๐—ข๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—Ÿ ๐——๐—œ๐—ก๐—œ๐—ก๐—š ๐—˜๐—ซ๐—ฃ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—˜๐—ก๐—–๐—˜, with the emphasis firmly on ๐—˜๐—ซ๐—ฃ๐—˜๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—˜๐—ก๐—–๐—˜.

To qualify for a Village Winner, there needed to be at least three nominated restaurants in that village. The Overall Winner could come from any village across the Greater Blue Mountains.

WINNER: Blue Mountains Fire Pits has been voted the Ask Roz Blue Mountains Best Dining Experience 2026, emerging from an impressive field of 60 nominated local venues and receiving more than 1,200 community votes. The result recognises the distinctive Valley Heights destination for its relaxed hospitality, memorable atmosphere and strong connection to the local community.


More than a conventional cafรฉ, Blue Mountains Fire Pits brings together all-day dining, weekend dinner, a fully stocked bar and the warmth of its signature fire-pit setting. Cafรฉ visitors can choose from fresh breakfast options and familiar all-day favourites, while the evening menu expands into fire-inspired starters, hearty mains and shareable dishes designed for lingering over food and drinks. Cocktails, wine, beer, cider and non-alcoholic choices complete the experience.
