To ASI Supporters:

My question to you is a simple one? Should we throw in the towel? Or should we fight. Contact me at Kincaid@comcast.net

My earlier newsletter asked, “Will Trump Blow It?” Yes, he did. He threw the conservative Christian woman, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, under the bus. Instead, he picked a member of the Swamp, somebody who served President George W. Bush and was an Associate Independent Counsel under Kenneth Starr and helped cover-up the murder of Clinton White House lawyer Vincent Foster.

Click here for the shocking truth

Forget the fact that the liberals oppose Kavanaugh. They would oppose anybody Trump nominated. The issue for conservatives is that he went along with a Clinton cover-up in the Foster case.  We cannot remain silent.

The battle against the Deep State is a fraud unless we fight to expose this corruption that is bipartisan in the political system.

It would not be unprecedented to force Kavanaugh to withdraw his name from consideration.

Remember that liberal Harriet Miers was nominated for Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court by President George W. Bush on October 3, 2005, to replace retiring Associate Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. Under conservative pressure, Miers withdrew her nomination about three weeks later. Bush then nominated Samuel Alito, a strong conservative.

At this point in time, we need conservatives who will tell the truth. Will you join me?

I was so disappointed to see Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch on Fox News defending the Kavanaugh pick. Tom’s job is to expose corruption. He knows all about the Foster cover-up.

We warned in advance about his possible appointment. We did what we could. If you have any doubts, watch our ASI TV show on the Foster cover-up and Kavanaugh’s role in it.

I have learned to be skeptical over the years. I learned from Howard Phillips of the Conservative Caucus. When Howard passed away, I paid tribute to him, noting:

Howard opposed the first President Bush’s nomination of David Souter for a seat on the Supreme Court. He opposed Souter from the start, and is one of the few who had correctly analyzed his record and predicted how he would turn out. Staunchly pro-life, Howard discovered that Souter had voted to permit abortion at a hospital in New Hampshire on whose board of trustees he served. On that basis, Phillips opposed him. Souter’s pro-abortion record was an indication that he was liberal on other social issues. Howard was proven correct.

Phillips also predicted that Sandra Day O’Connor, a Reagan nominee, would turn out to be pro-abortion on the court. He noted that she was a pro-abortion member of the Arizona State Senate and a liberal judge on the Arizona Court of Appeals. “She was chosen because of her gender and a desire to attract to the GOP the support of feminists,” he said. Again, Howard stood with principle.

Howard didn’t make excuses for conservatives—even if it was Ronald Reagan—when they bowed to liberal pressure. And he held Republicans accountable when they voted for President Obama’s agenda. One of the regular sections of his newsletter was “GOP betrayals.”

When Republican Senators Susan Collins, Judd Gregg, Richard Lugar, Lindsey Graham, and Olympia Snowe voted with liberals to confirm Elena Kagan as President Obama’s second nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, Howard’s newsletter proclaimed, “Kagan will be Supreme Court’s first lesbian.” The headline was based on an article that appeared briefly on the CBS website that cited Kagan’s open homosexuality and “well known” female partner. White House pressure forced CBS to take the item down.

Perhaps Kavanaugh will vote “conservative” on most issues. That’s not good enough. He is a certified member of the Swamp who was an active participant in the cover-up of the murder of Vincent Foster.

Don’t expect the “conservative media,” including Limbaugh, Levin, Tucker, and Fox News, to cover the truth. We will have to get out the truth ourselves through our TV show on YouTube and Roku and by other means.

But I won’t be alone if I have you – all of our supporters. Help us. Donate.

If we don’t take on this challenge, no one will.

I wait for your response.
