Weather Underground Members of the Past Still Continue Radicalizing America

Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn Escaped Justice

WASHINGTON, D.C.- Communist terrorist, Bill Ayers, and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn, have taken on a new form of terrorism in their old age: poisoning the minds of youth, according to a new report being released on Thursday in Washington, D.C.

"From Arms to Education to Political Power: Return of the SDS and the Weather Underground" by veteran journalist Cliff Kincaid and internationally-renown blogger and researcher, Trevor Loudon is being released on March 12 at 12:30 p.m. at a News Conference at the National Press Club, 529 14th St., N.W., Washington, D.C.

The 32-page report chronicles the past and present activities of some of the prominent members of the Weather Underground, including Mark Rudd, Ayers, Dohrn, and others. It is available at

"The evidence shows not only that Ayers and Dohrn were involved in a terrorist movement that engaged in violence, bombings and murder, but that they are still politically and ideologically active in an organization dedicated to moving the U.S. towards a Marxist future. That organization is the little-known Movement for a Democratic Society (MDS)," the report says.

Also a "new SDS," the Students for Democratic Society, has emerged with 200 chapters around the country as well as links to "other radical organizations," according to Weather Underground terrorist, Mark Rudd, who has emerged as a major "progressive" voice.

Another speaker, Larry Grathwohl, is addressing the news conference about his time as an undercover informant in the Weather Underground. Grathwohl, who wrote a book about his experiences, has testified before the U.S. Senate that Bill Ayers told him that Bernardine Dohrn planted the bomb that blew up the police station and took the life of Sgt. Brian McDonnell.

"President Obama can order the Department of Justice to provide any and all of the evidence that may be relevant in the Park Station bombing case," Mr. Grathwohl said. "We are asking FBI director Robert Mueller to exercise his independence from the Administration and make sure he does everything possible to facilitate FBI assistance to those authorities continuing to investigate the Park Station bombing case."

Also speaking at the news conference is former policeman, James Pera from San Francisco. He will describe the scene of the February 16, 1970 bombing at the Park Police Station. The blast was so powerful that bomb fragments were found on the roof of a three-story building two blocks away. "The station looked like a scene one might expect to see in a war, with wounded officers, blood, shattered windows, damaged floors and ceilings but then -- it was a war, an urban war being conducted by subversive and murderous groups such as the Weather Underground."

Herbert Romerstein, a leading expert on Cold War subversion and the war on terror is releasing his lastest study at the news conference entitled, "What Was The Weather Underground?" a 52-page document with numerous exhibits, detailing the pro-Communist and violent history of the Weather Underground.

Finally a sensational letter from the San Francisco Police Officers' Association is being released which says, in part: "There are irrefutable and compelling reasons to believe that Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn, members of the terrorist group 'Weather Underground' are largely responsible for the bombing of Park Police Station and other police stations throughout the United States during their 'tour of terror' in the late 1960s and early 1970s." The February 24, 2009 letter was written to Cliff Kincaid, President of America's Survival, Inc.

"The San Francisco Police Officers' Association joins Mr. Cliff Kincaid of America's Survival, Inc. in his valiant and noble effort to urge a renewed effort by the appropriate Law Enforcement Agencies (Local, State, and Federal) to bring this case to a close and bring those responsible for the murder of Sgt. Brian McDonnell and the injuries to the other officers to the justice they have so long eluded."
