Dear Friend of America's Survival, Inc.:

You've heard about the snow storm that hit Washington, D.C. I've taken some photos of what it looks like around my neighborhood as my sons and my neighbors dig out. It looks like we got 20 inches and more might be coming on Tuesday. But despite a lot of snow on the streets and power lines, we never lost power! Years ago when an ice and snow storm hit the area we lost power for about 5 days. And my Internet never went out this time! Thanks to one of my neighbors, the most popular guy in town, we had the assistance of a snow blower. I am thankful for modern technology. That saved some wear and tear on my back.

Anyway, you may find the photos interesting. That's me and two of my sons holding a snow shovel. My other son, a ten-year-old, is in the other photos as we try to dig out a car. The car we didn't dig out is my wife's minivan. That will just have to wait. I'm heading off to D.C. today for a conference on the religious left and their plans to save Obama's agenda. I will report back to you.
