Dear Friend of America's Survival, Inc.:

My new column is posted at and concerns Kentucky Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul.

I take no position on the race or the candidates. I intend to perform an educational function. I stay out of those things. I am analyzing positions and issues and media coverage.

Please take a look and let me know what you think at

Joe Scarborough asked something like: What was Paul doing on Rachel Maddow's show on MSNBC in the first place? She is a lesbian activist. Paul should have known he was being set up. He walked into a trap.

But it was his own fault. He had gone on Maddow's show to announce his candidacy! He thought he was going to get soft ball treatment. What incredible bad judgment.

The real problem is not Maddow but Rand Paul's strange libertarian views.

Let me repeat: you can't be a conservative and a libertarian. The libertarian movement was the product of seminars held by the far-left Institute for Policy Studies back in the 1960s and 70s.

The Cato Institute, the leading libertarian think tank, is pro-gay rights, pro-marijuana, and pro-open borders. It represents destruction of the social order and traditional values - the same agenda as that of George Soros and the "progressive" left.

Rand Paul is also going to be damaged severely by his connection with Alex Jones.

Here's the report and video we did on Alex Jones:
