To ASI Supporters:

There’s a big show on Capitol Hill which misses the point: conservatives are being duped again.

One of the first responses to our new video: As a pro-life activist, these kinds of programs are gold. Keep it up.

You have my word on that.

A pious Judge Brett Kavanaugh said yesterday:

Throughout my life, I have tried to serve the common good, in keeping with my Jesuit high school's motto, "men for others." I have spent my career in public service. I have tutored at Washington Jesuit Academy, a rigorous tuition-free school for boys from low-income families. At Catholic Charities at Tenth and G, I serve meals to the homeless with my friend Father John Enzler. In those works, I keep in mind the message of Matthew 25 -- and try to serve the least fortunate among us. I know I fall short at times, but I always want to do more and do better.

So what about “the least fortunate” – the innocent unborn?

I have just posted a dynamic interview with Gregg Jackson, co-author of We Won’t Get Fooled Again, in which we focus on the Brett Kavanaugh nomination. This is the kind of interview you will never see on Fox News.

Here’s the description:

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is a liberal in conservative clothing, says author Gregg Jackson. "I keep in mind the message of Matthew 25 -- and try to serve the least fortunate among us," says Kavanaugh. Yet, he has told the Senate that the Supreme Court's “silent holocaust” abortion ruling, which has led to 60 million abortions, is "settled law" and a "precedent" that must be followed. Gregg Jackson, co-author of We Won't Get Fooled Again, says the "Religious Right" has failed America by automatically endorsing flawed nominees for the Supreme Court such as Brett Kavanaugh and his mentor, Anthony Kennedy.  The real issue is judicial supremacy and the need to re-establish the rule of law.  "We've been living in a post-constitutional republic for some time," he says.

Our Special Report, The Deep State Wears Black Robes, is also available. It describes the trap for Trump that is being laid through the Kavanaugh nomination.

We will continue to sound the alarm. America deserves better. As Gregg Jackson says, America can’t be great unless it is good.

We have to develop a new way of thinking that breaks through the partisan claptrap on Capitol Hill.

As Gregg says, what we are witnessing is an orchestrated conflict, a dialectical maneuver  which ignores the real issue -- judicial supremacy. The Supreme Court does not have the constitutional power to make law. The rulings on abortion and same-sex marriage are not lawful because they are not based on the Constitution.
