Dear Friend of America’s Survival:

How long will President Trump last?

President Trump said to his national security adviser Michael T. Flynn “You’re fired.” What a shame. What a bad decision. This demonstrates weakness.

Now, impeachment is underway. A lawsuit argues Trump has violated the constitution by refusing to give up ownership of his business empire. Here’s the announcement:

This is an example of how the intelligence community and the far-left are working hand-in-glove.

The charge is that Trump is violating a clause of the Constitution barring the president from accepting gifts from foreign States. The U.S. Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause provides: “[N]o Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States], shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” The argument is that “since he did not divest his business operations before inauguration, he has been violating the Foreign Emoluments Clause since the moment he took office.”

You can find this in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8.
