To ASI Supporters:

Our interview with Foster researcher Hugh Turley is getting traction. But we are running out of time. Please send links to our video far and wide. Here are the stakes. As Hugh tells me:

An investigation into the death of Vince Foster should be reopened because the truth is important.  Americans cannot have a great nation without the truth.

On October 13, 2016, during a speech in Florida, Donald Trump said, “Let’s be clear on one thing: the corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism. They are a political special interest, no different than any lobbyist or other financial entity with an agenda.”

Hugh says:

Trump was correct about the press.   The press has been part of the on-going cover-up of the murder of Vince Foster from the beginning when the Washington Post reported the Park Police were turned away from the Foster home because the family was “too distraught to talk.”   The truth is the family was interviewed by the police for over an hour and the family denied that Vince Foster had been depressed.

Hugh adds:

When Independent Counsel Starr’s report on the death of Vince Foster was made public on October 10, 1997, the press concealed from the public the court-ordered Appendix in the report that was ordered included over Starr’s objection.  This news suppression concealed from the public the evidence of the murder cover-up in the report by Starr and his own investigators.

The Appendix supported by 25 federal investigative records proved Foster did not drive to Fort Marcy Park, there was a bullet wound in his neck, the gun did not belong to Foster, x-rays and crime scene photographs vanished and grand jury witness Patrick Knowlton suffered grand jury witness intimidation.

AIM chairman Reed Irvine spoke with associate independent counsel Miguel Rodriguez,  who was in charge of investigating Foster’s death until he resigned Starr’s staff because his investigation was blocked.  Rodriguez told Irvine that FBI agents and Deputy Independent Counsel Mark Tuohey were covering-up the truth.   The Appendix in Starr's report states, “The FBI concealed the truth facts surrounding Mr. Foster’s death” and “the FBI obstructed justice in this matter.”

Hugh Turley notes:

The judges that appointed the independent counsel were concerned with “be[ing] charged as conspirators in the cover-up,” in the words of Judge John Butzner.  Judge Peter Fay wrote to judges Sentelle and Butzner, “[Knowlton] contradicts specific factual matters and takes issue with the very basics of the report filed by [Kenneth Starr]."

Rodriguez was replaced by Brett Kavanaugh.  Kavanaugh also spoke to Reed Irvine and Irvine repeatedly asked him what evidence he had that Foster’s car was at Fort Marcy Park.  Kavanaugh said “that is an unanswerable question” and then slipped up and admitted “all the police and medical personnel that were in the park also described [the car] as brown.”

Kavanaugh rose to serve in the White House of President George W. Bush and later Bush appointed him to serve on the US Court of Appeals…  The ongoing cover-up of Foster’s murder by Kavanaugh should disqualify him from the Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals,   Corrupt justices are not a solution to make America great again.

Since the FBI has been involved in every investigation of Foster’s death and led the cover-up they must not be permitted to reinvestigate the death again.  Any reinvestigation will have to be transparent and be conducted by persons independent from the FBI and Justice department.  Another investigation by the same FBI would be pointless.

The truth about Foster’s murder may reveal why Hillary Clinton tried to contact Foster three times the day he died.  Persons in the FBI, Independent Counsel’s office and journalists that are part of the ongoing cover-up of Foster’s murder should be prosecuted.

President Trump should appoint attorney John H. Clarke as the Special Prosecutor.  Clarke is the most qualified person to uncover the truth about the murder of Vince Foster.

The press frequently reports that there have been five investigations, whereas it is more accurate to report that there has been only one long FBI investigation.
