To ASI Supporters:

Here they come - the New Congress:

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), his daughter Alison, left, and her fiance, Elizabeth
Weiland. (Twitter). Alison Schumer, 29, is an executive at Facebook.

Well, Alison Schumer, the younger daughter of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s two daughters, has now married another woman, Elizabeth Weiland. on Sunday in Brooklyn. How sad.

Meanwhile, the New Agers are going for the presidency.

Our book the Permanent Revolution notes: Oprah was influential in making wealthy authors of such openly New Age writers as Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson and Eckart Tolle.  Well, now this:

Marianne Williamson has an “announcement” and writes:

With the midterms over, it’s time to start co-creating the next chapter in American history. For me, that means expanding our sense of what’s possible: transforming our politics from a calculated, mechanistic endeavor to something soulful and deeply connected to the truth of who we are. At a time when fear has been harnessed for political purposes, our task is to turn love into a political force. That is the only way to create for America a vibrant, sustainable future. I feel I can contribute to making that happen, and I will be in Iowa from November 16-18 to discuss it with you.

Our book points out:

A top [Bernie] Sanders adviser turned out to be Marianne Williamson, whose self-help books were heavily promoted by Oprah Winfrey and sold millions. Oprah’s website describes Williamson in particular as “a pioneer on the front lines of a worldwide spiritual movement aimed at creating a global shift in collective consciousness.” Williamson, who wrote on the Sanders-for-president website about the need for “revolutionary power,” has used her vast influence to mobilize her followers on behalf of the “progressive” wing of the Democratic Party. She believes the presidency of Barack Obama wasn’t radical enough.

This is another indication that the New Age movement is now in a position not only to influence millions of people but pick a president. The Des Moines Register says: Marianne Williamson has developed a following of millions over 35 years of teaching and writing about spirituality, the divine and miracles.

America has changed – and not for the better. We only have two years to turn this around. Will you help me continue our work at America’s Survival, Inc.?
