There's a simple spiritual discipline that, for me, has been really life-giving over the past decade or more.

I was reading the Gospels one day and came across that moment when his disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray.

His reply was "when you pray, say this..."

Could it really be that straightforward?

I realised I had overlooked the simple act of just taking those words and praying them.

So that's what I started to do. Every day. Often, several times a day.

And something began to shift. I experienced being more aware of His presence, more grounded, more at peace, more aligned, provided for, in all kinds of ways.

6 years ago, I recorded a version of the Lord's Prayer but recently, I felt like I wanted to do another version.

This time with a more stripped back acoustic production.
